Order Notes – Personal Preferences
Each Cortex Extrait fragrance is prepared with care and attention to detail.
Before completing your order, please use the “Add a note to your order” field in the cart to specify:
Your preferred bottle colors (for 30ml)
Your preferred scent profile, in case a specific product is temporarily unavailable or when including a complimentary sample
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order safely and quickly. Please read the shipping options and rules below before completing your purchase.
Processing & Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched. (Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs delays for international shipments.)
Order types & packaging
Orders under €50 are FREE OF CHARGE (for example: discovery sets, travel-size perfumes) may be shipped as a letter where available. Letter shipments are light, slim, and may not include full tracking depending on the destination and postal service.
Orders €50 and above will be shipped as parcel/package only to ensure full protection of the product and full tracking.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates depend on your selected delivery country and the total order value. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking & delivery
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available. Please allow one business day for tracking details to appear.
Customs, duties & VAT
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may be extended because of customs processing.

All fragrances are formulated in compliance with the applicable IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards and usage limits for fine fragrances at the time of production.
